Menu

Jenny Craig's menus are designed by our Accredited Practising Dietitians to reflect the National Dietary Guidelines of Australia and New Zealand, offering variety, moderation and a balance of nutrients.

Our menus provide 50-60% of kilojoules from carbohydrate, 20-25% of kilojoules from fat & 20-25% of kilojoules from protein.

We provide a range of weight loss kilojoule levels, one of which you will be assigned depending on your requirements. Your weight loss kilojoule level is calculated based on your gender, weight, height and activity level.

Menus are also available to meet the special needs of vegetarians, adolescents and breastfeeding mothers.

Personalised Menu

Create your own personalised menu by choosing from over 70 Jenny Craig meals and snacks. Each week you will select 7 Jenny Craig breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks to suit your individual taste and preferences. Your chosen foods will be incorporatd into a specially designed menu, which includes your own fruits and vegetables, wholegrains, lean meats and dairy products. This option is perfect if you like a little flexibility and can help to support you when dining out or travelling.

Vegetarian Menus

Select from two pre-planned weekly menus or incorporate Jenny Craig's delicious vegetarian meals and snacks into your own personalised menu. Note, our vegetarian menus are not vegan; therefore they do contain some dairy products such as milk and cheese, as well as some animal-derived enzymes such as gelatin.
